Mental  health is a qualitative (non-   measurable) indicator of  the state of health of an  individual’s psychological, mental or emotional state. Our mental health affects how we think, feel and act. Our mental health also impacts how we respond to circumstances and the events of life.  It can change minute by minute, and second by second, check-ins can help!
